  I purchased a Skoda Octavia about 6 months ago and in that time have covered 10,000 miles. After doing a bit of research on the internet I decided it would be best if I booked the car in for a service at an independent VAG specialist. I found Audi-Tech after a bit of searching and decided to give them a try. I phoned on the Monday and asked for a rough price on a service, some tyres and a coolant flush. Chris gave me a rough price and booked my car in for the following Wednesday. On the Wednesday Chris and Luke turned up at my workplace to pick up my car. After double checking what I wanted done I gave them my keys and went back to work. At 4pm I gave them a bell to check how they were getting on. They were just sorting the tyres out and Chris told me that I didn't need any further work doing to the car. I got the car back just after 5pm and got charged what I got told on the phone. I was very impressed with their service and also their obvious experience of VAG cars. I will be using them for all my future services, and any other work that I need doing. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
