  We used these guys for a bespoke L-shaped cabinet in the summer. They started off being responsive and we thought it was going to go well. However, despite ordering and paying for a full stave oak worktop with the grain going in the same direction as displayed on their website, they crossed the grains and the wood staining and oiling wasn't done consistently so the pieces are different colours. They denied this was their fault and so charged us to send a new piece which was neither edged nor stained, leaving us to pay a carpenter to fix their mistakes. We are very disappointed and have wasted a lot of money. My fiancee was so excited to see it when she got back from work, but burst into tears when she saw it. We would definitely not use them again. They demanded payment prior to delivery and now I see why. If you do use them I would suggest you don't pay them until you're happy with the result because they may deny responsibility as they did with us.
